Portabella Mushrooms
Oven roasted portabella mushrooms with various toppings

Vegetable bake
With a four cheese sauce

Vegetable and lentil Dahl, curry and rice

With a seasoned couscous stuffing

Lamb Casserole
With vegetables and dumpling accompanied by crusty bread

Fish Pie
With vegetables, topped with an apricot cheese and mash
